Registration Deadline: August 12, 2024 Please be advised that by registering for this program, you are committing to participate in all 3 program sessions. 3-Session Virtual Program October 9, 2024, 8 - 11 a.m. Session 1: Leading with Clarity: Harnessing Your Communication Skills November 7, 2024, 8 - 11 a.m. Session 2: Empathetic Leadership and the Value of Vulnerability December 5, 2024, 8 - 11 a.m. Session 3: Women Leading Women, Gender Equity & Support Learning Objectives Upon completion of this activity, learners should be able to: - Learn different communication styles while focusing on your personal strengths with the goal of connecting, collaborating and succeeding in leadership roles
- Explore myths of vulnerability while creating a culture of equity
- Leverage your unique experiences to develop a strong women-to-women mentorship plan
- Utilize strategies taught to build and enhance your authentic ability to lead with empathy, self-compassion, and curiosity
Registration Fees - MMS Member Physician: $825
