Description:Update on Pain Managment - Dr. Stefan Topolski, Massachusetts Consultation Service for treatment of Addiction and Pain. Learning Objectives:
1. Explain how the Massachusetts Consultation Service for the Treatment of
Addiction and Pain (MCSTAP) can help clinicians
2. Describe new care strategies for patients diagnosed with SUD, Chronic Pain,
or a combination of both
3. Discuss the formulation of a basic treatment plan for the care of chronic pain.
4. Demonstrate non-judgmental, person-centered methods of communication,
