Leading and Designing for Change
The Massachusetts Medical Society (MMS), in collaboration with the Rhode Island Medical Society (RIMS), offers the annual Directors of Medical Education conference to support the professional development needs of continuing medical education (CME) providers and system stakeholders. This activity provides directors, chairs, librarians, and other CME professionals an opportunity to develop strategies for planning educational activities that meet the needs of you learners, share best practices and strategies with your colleagues, and provide guidance on compliance with the Accreditation Criteria and policies.
Objectives
• Assess compliance with the ACCME Standards for Commercial Support
• Implement a plan to offer MOC credits for your CME activities.
• Integrate the new Accreditation with Commendation Criteria into your CME activities and overall program.
• Provide tools to measure learners change, the effectiveness of CME activities, and the overall CME program.
Accreditation Statement
The Massachusetts Medical Society is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Massachusetts Medical Society designates this live activity for a maximum of 4.5 AMA PRACategory 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
