Session One: Creating a Culture of Inclusion and Belonging
As part of its commitment to champion diversity, health equity, and inclusion, the Massachusetts Medical Society and the Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association have partnered to host a series of webinars to encourage dialogue and share best practices. The webinar series will address best practices for creating a culture of inclusion and belonging, leadership and accountability, pipeline advancement programs, and moving data into action around health equity.
 
 Learning Objectives:
• Discuss ways to assess your current culture as it relates to inclusion and belonging.
• Identify steps to create a culture that fosters inclusion and belonging based on the specific needs of the organization's     employees and patients.
